1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by VeltOps Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Professional Services
VeltOps Solutions provides custom software engineering, cloud architecture, and AI automation services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written SOW, upon full payment for the Services, VeltOps Solutions assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the custom software deliverables created specifically for the Client. VeltOps Solutions retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering the Services.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of business. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeltOps Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". VeltOps Solutions makes no specific warranties, either express or implied, about the services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as explicitly stated in a signed MSA.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
